Security Personnel
The core of our services lies in our security personnel such as Security Officers, Supervisors, and more. With regular training and supplementary courses, we continually strive for improvement and excellence, encouraging our security personnel to reach their fullest potential. Equipped with the relevant knowledge, skills and tools, Spear Security Officers promise to ensure the safety and well-being of our clients.
Security Technology
To aid our officers, increase efficiency and enhance the overall security of our clients, we provide a number of security equipment and systems such as: Walkie-talkies, Closed-Circuit Television (CCTVs), Biometric Attendance, and Clocking Systems. Clients will receive consultation services with our managers, who customise solutions according to their needs.
Technological Innovation
iREP systems incorporates the use of Near Field Communication (NFC) technology and smartphones to streamline security processes such as clocking, attendance, incident reports, and visitor management. We believe that progress can only be achieved through innovation, and aim to incorporate the latest technology in our work to consistently provide the best solutions for our clients.

Over 20 years of operations, Spear Security Force has grown in both size and scope. With more than 130 trained and licensed security officers and a client base that spans governmental, commercial, industrial, and residential sectors, we strive to continuously improve the quality and breadth of services we provide.
We are a certified and accredited member of Security Association Singapore (SAS) and endorsed by the Licensing Department of the Singapore Police Force (Grade 'B' 2020).
